Walking along 37th Avenue in Jackson Heights, I noticed this sign. I seriously love when newer business go under and remove their awnings to reveal such beautiful old signage. It’s a rare treat because once someone new moves in, the old charm gets hidden once again.

I walked through Jackson Heights and Corona this weekend with my boyfriend - it was so gorgeous on Saturday that we decided we were long overdue for a walk. At some point on 37th Avenue, we found a garage sale that had this life-size Barbie doll.
