Walking on 5th Avenue right by the New York Public Library, I glanced at this couple. Looks like the man was trying to explain something.

I love taking photos from the passenger seat. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve loved staring out the window, observant of the cities, towns, and landscapes that I would pass right by. Also, as a city kid who grew up in Bayside, Queens where there are no subways, I’ve grown accustomed to riding the bus. Sitting by the window, passing through neighborhoods was just a way of life for me for so many years. Sure, the bus is slow and drags on, but you get to see so much more than the nondescript stations you whisk by on the train.
This was taken last Wednesday when I left my house very early for an appointment that was canceled, so instead of hopping on the train and getting to work insanely early, I hopped on the Q32 which is one of the few local bus routes that will bring you into the city.
