I’m a little backed up on blogging lately - mainly because work has been a bit insane, and I’ve had other things going on. Plus, I’ve been going through a bit of a slump. Sadly, I seem to go through this kind of phase every few months. I think that when you are shooting and blogging every single day, there’s an element of information overload that happens - at least for me. Also, I’ve been bogged down with such a huge backlog of photos dating back to August that haven’t left my phone since then, until last night. Starting on a clean slate will hopefully hit the “refresh” button and I really want to get back to business as usual.
Speaking of business, I’m planning on getting my second volume of A Year In The Candid City together (for release in January). The first volume is now on Blurb, and I just released the ebook version for $4.99. Get it here: http://store.blurb.com/ebooks/157169-a-year-in-the-candid-city
Here’s a shot from August when I went to a Hester Nights event over by Eventi Plaza. The night I went, they were having an Asian theme, and this vendor had some beautiful fragrant spices for sale.
